You need to have either pallet boards or reclaimed lumber, wood glue that will be required to join the pallet planks, plywood, nails or even you can use a nail gun plus a jigsaw.
After having all these supplies you can start to work on this project. First thing that you need to do is to remove the pallet boards from the pallet. You can also use paint sticks or yard sticks or any random sticks from the yard. Now what you have to do is to glue the pallet wood pieces and nail each piece in place. Than the next thing you need to know is which font will have a good look. You will have to type that letter in that particular font and large size and take out the print. The width of each letter will be different. Now you will trace the letter on top of plywood which is having rows of pallet wood glued and nailed. The letter has to be cut out that was being traced with jig saw. You have to cut through the plywood and the pallet wood together at the same time. Now you will frame out the letter with the pallet wood. You will have to cut pieces and fix around the edges it doesn’t need to be perfect. It also depends on the letter that you have to make and cutting depends on that plus their angles and edges.
Last thing that you have to do is to sand the letter and give a finishing touch by using wax it will give a smooth look to the letter.
