I had a lot of books scattered around my house and wanted to get them together in one place where they can be organized. Obviously when the books would be so unorganized who would like to shuffle in between to see which one to refer too. Well I decided to make a pallet bookcase where I can place all my books in the order I want them to be. I wanted the bookcase of five shelves because there are just a lot of books which needs to fit at one place.
I got the pallets from the near warehouse and started to cut the pallets as of the shelves I wanted on it. The pallet bookcase diy would be very helpful for me because that way I won’t be spending much time in finding one book in the piles of books. I decided to make it short and simple by accordingly joining the pallets slabs. Three big pallet slabs at the back to give the books a support and two side pallet boards. It is tall enough and big enough for my books to fit in leaving a lot more space.
After getting it all together I painted the shelves of red color to give it a cute look. It will be placed in my room and the size seems to be perfect. You can make the wooden pallet bookcase diy according to the measures you want. The wooden pallet bookcase looks awesome in the room and the best thing is that you do not have to spend a lot on just a bookcase. If you are creative enough you would be able to make one by your own within no time. It is a good way to spend your time on weekend with being into something productive and useful for your house.
