Nothing can be best then making a DIY pallet planter. If you have pallets even of normal quality you can start working on your pallet planter project. This is not a very big project but a small one, it is unique in a sense that it has been designed in very different way.
Pallet planter making instructions:
First of all I basically disassembled the pallets into boards, disassembling the pallets is little difficult, people usually find a disassembling the pallets as major problem while working with pallets. You can use circular saw to cut the nails. Also you can leave some of the hidden nails as it is. Now after the deconstruction of the pallets you can make a framework, the bottom surface can be made where basically you will have to plant later on. Each side of the planter will have its own framework that will define the dimensions of the boards inside and I recommend using wooden glue rather than the nails. After making the frames you will have to cut the boards to fix them in different dimensions. I have created triangular shape, basically two triangular shape compartments and three rectangular shape compartments, now you will have to fix all the boards using the wood glue. Also, I have put four pallet legs under the pallet planter. I also varnished the pallet planter to give a quality look. It is better if you give three layers of varnish.
Finally you just have to fill the planter with soil and put the desired plants in it. Now diy pallet planter tutorial is completed, Happy Building…
